Smile Centre India welcomes new patients of all ages for all kinds of dental treatments. To book your first appointment with us, you may please email us at appointment@smilecentre.in or send a WhatsApp message to our mobile number: +91-9446610205. Please forward us the following information about the patient while making the appointment request:
1) Full name of the patient. 2) Date of Birth. 3) Mobile no. 4) Email id.
5) Present dental complaint(s). 6) Brief medical history with details of medications the patient is on, if any, including the history of Covid disease and vaccination.
Once the above information is received, we will get in touch with you to provide you with an appointment at a time of mutual convenience. You will receive notifications via SMS and email on the appointment time and date soon after confirmation of your appointment. We also send you an SMS and email regarding the date and time of your appointment. Alternatively, you may also use the google form for completing an online registration form.
When you arrive for your first appointment, we will ask you about your wants, needs, and expectations from treatment, as well as what prompted you to come to see us, so that we can determine the most appropriate treatment options for you.
If you are in pain or require immediate treatment, our team can assist you. Appointments on the same day are possible. It's best to call 91-9446610205 early to get a convenient appointment time. We will never abandon a patient who is in discomfort. If we are unable to meet you at our centre due to a scheduling conflict, we will refer you to our Hospital Dental wing, where an experienced dentist will assist you.
You can book a regular appointment by sending us a Whatsapp message to the number +91-9446610205 or emailing us at appointment@smilecentre.in. You will receive an email as well as SMS reminders before your appointment.
An appointment is a time reserved in advance for the patient. If this reserved time needs to be adjusted at your end for any reason, we would appreciate it if you could give us as much notice as possible so that we can make the necessary re-scheduling changes. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all rescheduling requests on the same day or week.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, please tell us as soon as possible so your appointment can be given to another patient.
Consumption of alcohol and smoking is not allowed in the clinic.
Please do not bring jewellery, large sums of money or other valuables, large bags, or suitcases as storage space is limited. If you must bring valuables with you, please pass them over to our reception desk when you arrive so that we can make arrangements for their safekeeping at the office. You will be asked to sign a receipt for your valuables. Your valuables will be returned to you when you are ready to leave the clinic. You may not be able to retrieve your possessions the same day if you leave the clinic after the office has closed.
You can bring your phone/tablet/laptop, and we do provide access to free WiFi on request, but you do so at your own risk. We also urge that you use such gadgets quietly so that other patients are not disturbed.
IMPORTANT: If you think you have been exposed to an infection such as Covid-19, chickenpox, or develop a cold, cough, diarrhoea, or vomiting within three days of your admission date, please contact us immediately.
