Can I brush my teeth after getting my wisdom teeth removed?

Do not brush your teeth on the first day. You can disrupt your stitches if you brush your teeth, use mouthwash or rinse your mouth the first day. After 24 hours, you can gently rinse your mouth with warm saltwater and brush your teeth, but take special care to avoid the stitched area. Brush on the tops of teeth only as you near the surgical sites with your toothbrush. Continue to brush your teeth and keep your mouth as clean as possible.
